How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, delivery takes an additional few business days across South Africa — in total, please allow 7-10 business days from the time your order is placed.
How long does shipping take?
From the time your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days in total for your Scoop to arrive at your door.
Any delays I should know about?
During restocking periods or high-demand events, there may be slight delays. We'll always keep you in the loop!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via your confirmation email so you can follow your Scoop's journey.
What if I don't receive my confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at allaboutthescoops@gmail.com and we'll sort it out for you.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final due to the mystery nature of our Scoops. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Can I choose what goes into my Scoop?
